Venice is situated in the North of Italy, approximately 3 hrs journey from Milan by road. It is also reacheable by train from any part of Italy via major train station. To get around Venice there are 2 ways, either by boat from Porta Roma to San Marco Square, (the biggest square and center of attractions) or just walk along the canals. There are 3 main bridge in Venice.
